Hi all. Any tips on how to get my 9month old nearly 10 month in a bed time routine. I have tryed everything and nothing seem to work. He fights his sleep, doesn't sleep much in the day time. Just want some advice. Thanks
Same here Al! I've gotten into a bad habit of rocking mine to sleep for naps and during the night. He goes to sleep awake so that part is fine I just don't know how to get around it the rest of the time.
