Help! Baby gone from sleeping through to not sleeping!

so I have been blessed with a beautiful baby! Hes 4 months old he’s is a good boy! He has Been sleeping through the night before.. he used to go down between 8/9 and wake up between 6/7 however.. for the past 2-3 weeks we went away for Christmas this was when it really started.. he wakes for either a bottle or pacifie! And I’m so so tired! I’ve since then ive Been weaning him onto solids as he had reflux and was adviced to. Can anyone help me get back to nh routine.. any suggestions cause I’m a one man band over here doing everything and getting a little bit on top of me the sleepless nights xxx
