My 23 weeks old baby won’t sleep - help!
I really need some advice regarding my son's sleeping (or lack of!). He has always been a very poor sleeper, he fights every nap and bedtime with all his might
At night time, I have been coming to bed at 7:00 pm with him since he was born, he sleeps with me in the bed and up until 4 months old after fighting putting him to sleep he was actually sleeping throughout the night with 2 feeds.
BUT for the last 4 weeks whether I lay down with him or not he would wake up up to 6, 7 times a night. The moment I put him down he wakes up and starts crying. Same with nap times. Actually for the last week he hasnt been able to nap for more then 30 minutes.
Im absolutely knackered And overwhelmed. I also have a 7 years old.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Despite LOTS of people telling me to leave him to cry, I won't ever consider this. I tried it one night when I was too desperate. DS got really agitated, coughing and almost got sick. I feel really guilty so that’s not an option.
