co sleeping and nursing to sleep

Hello, my little boy is 6 months old and currently will only sleep on me, on the boob. I can't put him down in his own bed or pass him to anyone else. This is for naps and at bedtime. He co sleeps with me and will wake multiple times in the night for the boob, mainly for comfort to get back to sleep. I can leave him in my bed once he is fully asleep and not searching for the boob, so i get some time in the evening. Help!!! How can i get him to fall asleep without the boob and hopefully in his own bed??? Very tired mumma here.
