8 week old not sleeping

Desperate for any advice and suggestions!
My 8 week old is constantly wanting to feed (breastfeeding) and having very short periods of sleep and has been like this from beginning.
He seems to have reflux and a lot of trapped wind but gaviscon/infacol/colic drops/gripe water don't seem to help. Happy and healthy and gaining weight - GP/HV not concerned.
Doesn't sleep longer than 2 hours max (even at night). Usually about 45-90 mins and wakes for feed.
Feel have tried everything but any suggestions welcome!
