roast lamb infused with garlic slivers , served with dauphinoise potatoes and mushy peas then bread and butter pudding made with hot cross buns, apricot jam and choc chips
It has to be lamb for easter, but since we also like to get out and about during the holidays, I make a slow cooked minted lamb casserole - it's a great all in one dish to come home to, with new potatoes, carrots and of course the lamb & lots of mint. The house always smells amazing when we come home!
Has to be hot cross bun bread pudding!!! Add some chocolate drops and drizzle with squeeze orange and goes down very well warm with a hot cup of tea. Happy Easter!!!!
