Help

I'm not sure where to start I'm new to this But I would love some advice please...I have twin girls who are 6 one of them can be such a handful she's has such an attitude if she doesn't get her own way shouts screens today hit me but has never done be4 she keeps making me cry I just don't know what to do we go out on day trips and she's still naughty nothing works
