Angry toddler

As a mom I constantly worry if something I'm doing or my husband is doing that causes our DD anger? She is 19 months old and if something doesn't go her way she starts saying "no" and whining and screaming around the house. Or sometimes she will throw her toys. When she is done eating in her highchair if we don't get her out right away she will start shouting and throwing everything off her tray. The list goes on...is this normal behavior for her age or is this something I am doing or not doing thats causing this?! So stressed out!! Please anyone have any advice?
