My sister's little baba (8 weeks) has a chest infection, poor mite, can my son (18months) catch it? He doesnt go near the baba, if that counts?

    You can't catch a chest infection, it's something that develops, usually from a cold or sometihng like that. So he might have a bit of a cold that would be catching, but the infection itself isn't x
