18 month old fighting sleep
Help!
My previously 7-7 sleeper who self settled is waking in the night screaming and wont go back to sleep for at least and hour and he fights it at both nap and bed time! Have tried controlled crying cos it worked before and thats when he started going the 12 hours and settling himself. It isbnt working though, he's just screaming for ages!
