Help please
Hey everyone could really use some advice, my dd has had a temp since yesterday afternoon the lowest it's been in the last 24 hours is 38.5 and the peak temp was 40.5. I've been giving her calpol and neurofen but its not working 
she seems perfectly normal in herself maybe a little more tired than normal.. Am I just being silly and overreacting?

How old is DD & has she experienced anything that can naturally cause a raised temp (recent booster jabs, teething). Being slightly more tired is normal with a raised temp but if her temp is still high today & you are not seeing any/much change with Calpol/Neurofen then a trip to the Dr may be a good idea (if only to rule out what it isn't).
