Graco Nautilus Car seat - FAA aircraft approved ?

Hi, not sure if this is the right place to ask but I read on some USA reviews that the Graco Nautilus (the high back booster with harness) is aircraft approved and there at least there is a sticker underneath the seat to confirm this.

Does anyone have the seat? Would you mind taking a look?
