Won't chew his food

My son is 18 months and he will eat his solid food without chewing . Next day I will find pieces of food in his nappy. Every night he will wake up screaming because of the tummy ache caused by indigestion. I don't know what to do anymore . He is very tired because of not sleeping at night. Please help!!!
