Any Suggestions?

Hi Everyone, 

I have a 4 year old boy who is full of energy and a 7 month daughter. I wondered if anyone can suggest activities for me to do with them both out of the house? I find it quite hard trying to watch my boy at the same time when feeding my daughter. My favourite is swimming as they can both be next to me as I know he can't go anywhere quickly. 

What does everybody else do? 😀
