Rough with my dogs!!!! HELP

My 3 year old son is constantly on the move and is very active, over the last month we have been letting our dogs back inside as its winter in Australia (I have 2 male great danes Winston and Cruz) Carlos my 3 year old has been grabbing at their moths and jumping on top of them. Cruz is very much protected by Winston and I am scared Carlos is going to do something to Cruz and Winston is going to react. Carlos is never like this when they are playing outside its only inside.

I would love suggestions on how to stop Winston we have tried so many things but the moment we turn our back Carlos is just annoying them again and I would hate to have to get rid of the dogs because of an accident caused by Carlos.
