My son won't eat!!

Having recently suffered with gastrointeritus my son refuses to eat anything... I think he has associated being sick with food. I'm at my wits end as to what to do. Do I start again introducing him to different foods. He has always been a very picky eater but I'm sure that stems from us trying to hide antibiotics in his food when he was little. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.... X
