23month old refuses to sleep

My 23 month old son refuses to sleep he will have a nap early afternoon and think he can stay up till last 10pm then he will wake up around midnight and want to bed rocked in his chair back to sleep, once he’s back to sleep (this could take a bit) he’s up bright and early like he’s not getting no where near enough sleep and neither am I! I’m so worn out he’s my most stubborn child he’s my fourth one and by this age he should be sleeping through the night!! Please help me I need sleep so bad 😭😭😭😭
