Hi, everyone! need your advice - my close friend soon (in 1-2 weeks) will be a mum. We are thinking about a present, what it can be for newborn babe? some creative ideas? P.S. yep, it is a boy. Thanks

  • In all honesty a small baby grow or sleeping bag will be fine, baby will get lots of gifts. As a mum I would much prefer some pamper stuff for myself! Bath salts, candles, chocolate etc...
  • I suggest buying a portable nail trimmer, I recently bought one for my new born from healthybabygadgets.com. the trimmer isn't expensive and it prevents the baby from scratching themselves🙌🏻 life saver!!
  • Baby grows, vests etc are really handy or a lovely blanket is really helpful too. A personalised teddy is lovely too.xxx
  • I've slowly been building up a list of things to buy for new parents/babies.

I'll be buying a selection from this list whenever my friends/family have babies:
    - Snacks
    - Spill-proof drinks container for hot drinks or cold drinks depending on the person
    - Muslin cloths
    - 0-3 sleepsuits
    - 3-6 month outfit
    - Alcohol
    - Chocolate
    - Sophie la Giraffe teether
    - Personalised cellular blanket
