Toddler pushchairs?

I am a slighg pramaholic, i would like a pushchair for the winter - likey to be my last one unless I have another baby. My son is 3 but we walk alot and although he loves his balance bike we cant take this in shops or themeparks.

I love the uppababy cruz v2 and I wondered if anyone has one for a toddler. I also like the look of the cybex mios and cybex eezy s twist plus 2.

just looking for ideas, it doesnt need to be a stroller and i already have an out and about single nipper.
