How much milk and when?
Hi,
How much milk does / did your lo drink each day and when?
At the moment Grace will have a floz or two when first woke up and then have another ounce or so with breakfast, she will then have about 9floz before her morning nap.
She may then have up to 9floz during the day and then water again at tea (and water with lunch). She then has another 9floz bottle at bed time and will have more milk to help her back to sleep if she wakes in the night....
Am I giving her too much?
