  Only thing I can suggest is to call ACAS - they are really good and will tell you your rights

  I didn't think your employer could force you to have childcare vouchers, as although they save you money, it is still taking money out of your wages to pay for them.
  Maybe speak to cab or something, sorry not much help but I agree he def sounds like an a**e.

  By rights you're entitled to ask for flexible working hours if you have children - mum or dad - and they have to have a reason for refusing you. If he hasn't given you a reason then I don't believe he can do that. There must be a website somewhere or a helpline regarding it.
