Does anyone know... (airport/flying related)

If First Choice (Thomson airways?) allow a buggy for a toddler who holds an adult ticket? I just noticed it says under 2's are allowed a buggy or car seat but dd turns 2 whilst there so she holds an adult ticket, does this mean she is not allowed a buggy? Ds is 12 weeks when we fly so i know he is allowed but we need 2 !!!
