Question on chicken pox, measels and Hand Foot and Mouth

My collegues' nineteen month old twins have got the symptoms of all of the above. It is possible to get all three of these together?

I suggested you guys might know.

    I would think if it WAS possible to have all of them then they would be VERY ill with it as Chicken pox and measles are both VERY nasty.

    If they have had the MMR innoculation then they can't have measles!!!
