eczema tips??

Hi ladies, my 5 motn old lo has eczema and I was wondering if you had any tips on what set it of with your lo (I know each lo is different) any soap powders or food. My lo has flare ups and as yet I cant seem to find the trigger even though I write down everything she tries thats new etc. I use halos and horns shampoo which is fine it seems but any tips on things to avoid would be appreciated x

h=Hi my lo is 2 1/2 and she gets eczema on her inner arms, i used to have really bad eczema and my mum bought me the below oxygen cream it worked a miracle, im going to buy some for my lo when i get paid tomoz!!!

hi. my lo is 20months and has had excema from young. we use oilatum in her bath and we use a cream called dipobase. i wash her with boots sensitve wash which has always worked. hope this helps.xxx
