Should we be BDing? I have heard every other night. I mean would we start as soon as my AF is finished then continue til when? x

my sister always said ( she has 5 kiddies ) so must have worked, she bd's as soon as af finished and counts to day 15 of cycle and makes sure they major bd's then, does that for 3 days and on day 19 has a 2 day break and then continues every other night x
