spots from EPO?

Does anyone get spots from taking evening primrose oil?
I normally get them leading up to AF but this being 1st month taking epo I got spots leading up to OV.
Do you think this is normal? I know it helps skin but wasnt expecting spots really.

    I've only had the ones I get from too much chocolate!!!!!!!!!!!

    Well I have read and heard that eating too much chocolate doesnt give you spots and in fact its not any food that gives you spots! Ive got spots this week and I havent eaten any chocolate all week x
