sorry that didnt come out right start again we have been trying for a baby for a year now but everytime we have sex and he comes inside me it doesnt seem to stay there no matter what i try his come comes out sorry

Hi, you will always find that some will come out. Are you having an orgasim every time you have sex? This makes your muscles contract and send the sperm in the right direction. Its better if you have one just after him. Also they advise you to lay down with your legs slightly raised for about 20 mins after sex to give the fellas a helping hand. Hope this helps! xx
