need help re exercising

yesterday 2bsmart put a msg on talking about not doing any rigourous exercising after OV.
my reply has not been answered and im now very worried that i am exercising too much.
i do 3x bums n tums, 2x spinning and 1x boxicise classes a week! n when weather nice run instead of cardio classes.
can anyone help me?
is that too much?

  • Hi kerry - i too posted response but got no reply as I'm worried about a centre parcs trip next weeked (loads of exercise planned ). To be honest I think you are doing a little bit too much high impact exercise. Swimming, gentle cycling or brisk walking are probably better for you but I am no expert. Hope this helps a bit ?? S X
  • Thanks Sandy, i do the cardio to keep my weight down (since DD arrived body likes to be 2 stone heavier than i like it). i know i do alot but i do enjoy it and dont want to pile the pounds on and then have the problem of not concieving as overweight!
    just really unsure what to do.
