I read Zita West's book last night and the sperm storage area holds enough sperm for 30 ejacs.
Go with what you feel you are up to. If you can manage every day - then do it. My philosopy is that if I don't do it, there is less possibly that there will be sperm to meet the egg. If I do it every night, I can say at least I have tried and there is definite some sperm there.
