vaginal temperature charting... on my way to a bfp?

Hi ladies - i've been charting my vaginal temperature for the last 10 days (since ov, really) and noticed that the last three days have been really high (37.4) I know that when a woman is pregnant her temperature remains around 37 degrees. I was thinking of testing, however really don't want to see a BFN...
