Hi Caza! Hope all went ok today as I saw on post you had a scan. That's great news your levels have tripled! Horrray! Hope you are well? How is Nausea? Mine has gone and so have my sore nipples! I feel normal again except have horrible tummy ache- not good! Puts me off doing anything, let alone bd!! 
It was really funny at work last week, I took in some ginger tea as it helps with nausea and my manger looked at me and said, "Have you got something to tell me, Charlotte?' I just laughed and said I drink it because I like it!! lol
Really hope you are well and your cyst isn't bothering you and hope everything is sorted.
