Oh, back again. I can suggest cola for nausea, but not sea sickness bands - a con, ginger biscuits - yuk, yougurt or dry toast.

I feel your pain, I have been sick everyday, at least 3 times for the past 2 weeks. Not nice. Hope it passes soon.xx
