Late ovulation

Hi everyone. Is there anything I can do to make me ovulate earlier? My cycle is usually 29 days and OV day 17/18 - this month my AF is a day early so only 28 days which means only 9 days between ovulation and AF which is short?

    Sorry i am not much help but i have also OV late a few times usually only when i am stressing.

    I'm pretty sue that you can take something to extend your luteal phase rather than ov earlier; possible angus cactus? Someone on here will definetly know
