She found me today! 29 day cycle this time instead of 26. Off to by CBFM this afternoon! Do I have to use it on the first day of my period and if i don't, can I not it use until next month?

Sorry she got you. You can set your monitor any day up to cd 5! If you have time I'd order it online with next day delivery as it will be cheaper than in the shops. I got mine from Amazon for ??65 x
