Ovulation??

Hi Girls,

I have PCOS and haven't had any AF's at all since April. I am currently on some tablets to try and help me ovulate and regulate my cycle.

Over the past day or so i have had a bit of a dull ache on my left hand side of my stomach, quite close to my groin. Could this be ovulation pains? Never really had this before, so not sure what to expect?

quite possibly i tend to get what feels like dull period pains with some sharpness to the side which i as i understand it is when im ovulating so this is definalty a good possibility good luck with ttc lots of baby dust to you xx:\)

I get a sharp pain too in my side for a day or so. Good luck. Keep us posted
