PMA - Can you buy it??????

Cos i dont have any and cannot find any-how do you pull yourself out of this? I know it wont work.

Here have some of mine, it grows really fast and i specially for those ttc. I needed my pma when i was ttc and found out my dad has terminal cancer. Plus all the ladies on here are so supportive. PMA and babydust on its way.

Try smiling even if you do not want to, as according to experts contracting the muscles in your face when smiling releases endomorphins (can't spell) which trigger a chemical reaction to make you feel happier. I don't know if it works but its worth a go. You make look silly while doing this and that will make you laugh anyway thus encouraging PMA to return. Hope it works for you x
