I'm cd29 and 14dpo had pains in my stomach earlier then went toilet and wiped and there was spots of blood on the tissue so thought the witch was In,but not had nothing since but a test yesterday was neg so not sure wots going oo? X

Could be late implantation bleeding, wait a few days and then test again
