Wow I like the sound of the enhanced maternity leave but dont think i could last long but then again it could take me ages to fall pregnant but hopefully not with the CBFM.
Im hoping that is what is going to happen robin, people are a pain in the ass when it comes to references. Its my 1st thats been awkward, i had my head ripped off down the phone and was told shes gonna give me a bad reference. I spoke to a few people and people who are managers and they said that is so unprofessional and tomorrow i shall tell the hospital that they may not get 1 back and will ask if they want a character reference instead, I know quite a few people who work for the police, so they couldnt lie in the reference.
