DPO and cbfm

Hi there

Hope everyone is ok today. I was just wondering if you could help me please? If I have 2 highs on my monitor, Saturday and Sunday, when do I count my dpo from? Would it be the Saturday or the Sunday? Any advice would be appreciated.

hey ladybird,

were they highs or peaks? think u count 1dpo the day after ur second peak.

I would class your 2nd peak reading as ovulation day and therefore the day after that (where you always get a high) would be 1DPO. HTH xx
