  • as far as i know people take it to help regulate long cycles, after that i've no idea, like where to get it or what it actually is, but am also interested to know just for curiosity.
  • I have no idea! Lol. I have only just started coming on here. Before i thought i was well clued up and had some ovulation stick but now have started on here i have realised its a lot more than just poas to see if i'm ovulating. I can take my temp and everything lol!!

  • Its a herbal supplement. You can take it to regulate or shorten long cycles or lengthen short cycles. You can buy it from most health food shops. It's sometimes referred to as natures clonmid (a fertility drug).
