  Ac is Agnus Castus. Available in health shops and chemists. Its good to help regulate cycles and helps ovulation. You take it every day up until ov then stop. In my first month I reduced my cycle for average 70 days to 36 !!

  oh I see. I cant really tell when im ov as I dont really have any ov signs. I just know that I have 28 day cycles. Would it help me to conceive if I havent already?
