Confused about dates...

When do I start counting my cycle days? If I come off the pill, when is day one of my first cycle? Is it the day I start bleeding? Or the day I stop bleeding? Not sure when to start counting from !!

Sorry - still such a newbie !

    i think day one is first day of your period. I had to check fertility friend and its got a little wheel thing and thats what its saying for me!

    Hey hun, yep day 1 is the first day of full flow AF (i.e not just spotting). Good luck with ttc!!!!.x.
