What do I need to know?

Hello, can anyone help me please?! I'm feeling a bit clueless about what I need to know in order to help get pregnant! I've been trying to read up about charting cycles etc but finding it all very confusing! I have been writing down when I get my af, cm etc but that's all, is there anything else I should be doing?!



So far I have had one 45 day cycle, 2 35 day cycles and now I'm on day 37 with no sign of af but def not pregnant.



I do have pcos so I know I can't use the CBFM, is there anything else worth trying?

P.S I do already have DS who is nearly 2, but he happened after 3 weeks of trying so I never had to look into anything, if only it could be that easy again!!

    Hi! That's just about all I'm doin too tho have started to chart m temp to see if I can work out when i ov. I'm on cycle 4 of trying n if I have nt done it this time will also be using opk s. If u read the sperm meets egg or smep plan it ll tell u what to do to increase yr chances. I ll be doing this too. There are. Threads on here about it or put it into Google to read about it.
