Abdominal pains & painful sex since coming off the pil???

I can off the pill and had my 'fake period' on 15th April. Since then I was fine for about a week and since we started trying for a baby sex everyday ive had abdiminal cramping and also sex hurts, not all the time but I cant take it deep (sorry if too graphic) Ive never had this issue before. Ive also had some spotting.
Ive looked up ovulation but apart from the fact that my cramps have lasted 5 days now and are still there ad I have spotted, it does not match up as it was way too early.
Anyone else experienced the same, I am unsure wether to go the docs xxx

It could just be you've irritated your cervix and it needs a little time to settle down again, but might be worth a trip to the docs and get yourself checked out just incase!
