Charting fertility
Hi everyone,
You may all be aware of this already, but just in case you're not- I stumbled across a website which has a free email course to help people who want to understand their fertility through BBT and cervical fluid obs. It goes through it all step by step! I am coming off the pill in 3 weeks time, and have ordered my BBT thermometer so I can start charting and understanding my body before we actually try to conceive.
