Ok, so we're trying SMEP this month, currently on CD12, wish me luck and watch this space.......

One question, sorry about tmi!! When AF arrives, I get brown stuff, not much of it, for a couple of days, then full blown proper period. Is my CD1 when the brown stuff starts or when the red stuff starts?

Hi Beth, the brown stuff is most likely stale blood which will come away before the purer fresher bright red stuff. Technically it is the start of your period/cycle so CD1.
