Ttc for 2 yrs

I have been ttc for over two years now with three miscarriages but still hopefully. I was he if anyone has any advice about some of the symptoms i have been having since ovulation. I am currently 12 dpo and having been having dull abdomen cramps and nausea for the past week no breasts tenderness which i never experience anyways but i also have never experienced nausea this soon either and to actually be vomiting yesterday morning also my cervix is very high and soft and closed. We r still praying but got a bfn this morning any chances that i could be pregnant n its just to early to know? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
