Help needed ASAP

Hi all. Really hoping someone can help me. We are on our first month of ttc naturally. We concieved our 3rd baby on clomid but my cycles have been all over the place since they began, the only time they have been 28 days is when I was taking clomid. 

Anyway first day of AF was 3rd September which odly was bang on 28 days, we BD every other day up until a few days ago. I am currently on cycle day 22, I feel so tired but thats about it for symptoms. I went to the loo earlier and when I wiped I was bleeding (Sorry TMI) I went to check again about half an hour later and nothing!!! I have a pad on now but there is nothing to shout about lol. I am so confused, could this be an early AF? Any help appreciated
