Darkened nipples (excuse the wording)

Hi there, I'm in my second month of TTC after coming off birth control. I have been feeling a bit sicky and also had sore breasts and dizzyness. I know these can be signs of coming off BC (I had none of these last month). My nipples seem really dark but only ov beginning of the week and not sure whether i'm thinking too much into things. Any advice or past experiences on any of this would be appreciated.
