Implantation bleeding?

Hi girls,
So ive been off the depo (just 1 shot) for 3 months now and only had a light 2 day period. I had sex on the 13/12/12 and started to have very light bleeding and mild cramps on the 21/12/12 till now (about 3 days) ive been using tampons but its so light the tampon comes out with just little bit of brown blood. Could this be implantation and if so when can i test? Thanks
